Returns

 

 

Should any package arrive in a damaged state please notify us as soon as possible and you will be given instructions on how to proceed. Products delivered to the customer in a damaged or defective condition and reported to us within 30 days will be returned, or exchanged at no cost to the customer.

 

If you are not satisfied with a product you received, it may be returned for a full refund minus postage and packaging costs. However, products may only be returned with the prior approval of Llwyau Caru Llew Tudur Lovespoons. To request a return please contact us by telephone or e-mail and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.

 

Returned items must be in their original unused condition. 

 

Llwyau Caru Llew Tudur Lovespoons is not responsible for any damage to the goods during the return. We recommend that return shipments are insured and traceable - e.g. Special Delivery service
